Why is tobacco and alcohol legal and cannabis not? <br /><br />The effects of alcohol are far more damaging than marijuanna. Plus, the illegal aspect of cannabis makes it a little more tempting to kids whereas if it was widely available and taxed fewer kids would feel any need to try it.<br /><br />
